    The research aims to identify and explain the nature of the relationship, correlation, influence between academic citizenship behavior with its dimensions (academic altruism, academic conscience, academic spirit, academic courtesy and academic virtue) and cultural capital with its dimensions (institutional cultural capital, objective cultural capital and embodied cultural capital) at the University of Fallujah according to the descriptive-analytical approach. The research community consisted of officials at the higher administrative levels, heads of scientific branches, heads of scientific departments, department managers, center managers, and Section officials. This research was applied to an intentional sample of (123) individual collecting data on the research variables through the adopted measures the most important of which are (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, (T), coefficient of determination (R2), and L Al Hade (B)) of which are the presence of two influential relationships and a significant dimensions
