The research investigates strategic foresight (SF) and strategic entrepreneurship (SE) as intermediate factors which help explain the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity (OI). Research findings from 120 middle-level managers validated the relationship between strategic agility and both organizational immunity and its two intermediary factors using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The research established that organizations gain improved immunological capacity through strategic agility which becomes more powerful when combined with strategic foresight and strategic entrepreneurship. The research uses Dynamic Capabilities theory and Entrepreneurship Innovation and Resource-Based View (RBV) to provide Electricity Police Directorate with practical strategies that enhance their immunity alongside entrepreneurial spirit through strategic agilityItem Examining a Moderated Serial Mediation Model of the Relationship between Phoenix Leadership Characteristics and Organizational Change(I NTERNATIONAL J OURNAL OF O RGANIZATIONAL L EADERSHIP, 2023-03-26) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا اللهDrawing on the social exchange approach and an accompanying sub-theory pertaining to upper echelons theory, which are the most influential theories for describing the behavior of workers in the workplace, this study empirically investigates some corresponding moderated serial mediation variables, such as affective commitment, work meaningfulness, and perceived organizational support, which impact the relationship between Phoenix leadership and organizational change. A total of 150 employees working in the Sudanese Electricity Company participated in the questionnaire survey. The response rate was 88%. The results revealed that Phoenix leadership significantly influences organizational change and affective commitment. Affective commitment significantly influences work meaningfulness. Affective commitment and work meaningfulness mediate the relationship between Phoenix leadership and organizational change. Affective commitment mediates the relationship between Phoenix leadership and work meaningfulness. Work meaningfulness mediates the relationship between affective commitment and organizational change, but perceived organizational support does not moderate the relationship between work meaningfulness and organizational change. By testing the mediated moderation effects on the relationship between Phoenix leadership and organizational change, this research proposes a new framework for assessing the impact of mediators and moderators on teams of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.Item Social responsibility for tourism companies and its reflection on strategic reputation(African Journal of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure, 2020-09-01) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا اللهThis research aimed to identify the role of social responsibility in its dimensions as an independent variable (economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, voluntary responsibility) in achieving strategic reputation as a dependent variable in its dimensions (creativity, organizational culture, and quality of service). A purposive sample was chosen by the comprehensive inventory method, which is (director, assistant director, heads of departments) for their leadership and strategic roles in enhancing the reputation of their organizations and their number reached 35 respondents. A questionnaire was the main tool used the collection of information and analysis was through the SPSS v.23 program, For testing the research hypotheses, statistical methods were used (mean, standard deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis), and the most important results that were reached was that there is a positive correlation of social responsibility in achieving the organization's reputation and it has attained the highest correlation of the creativity dimension in achieving strategic reputation, as well as a high impact of responsibility in achieving the organization's reputation.Item The Effect of Organisational Citizenship Behavior on Cultural Diversity: A Case Study of Ophthalmological Hospital Friendship Algeria-Cuba(Academic Research and Publishing UG (i.G.) (Germany), 2023-03-31) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا اللهThe increasing mobility of people around the world has led to an increasingly culturally diverse workforce, and there may be negative effects on certain cultural groups to achieve an organisational competitive advantage. In relation to this idea, this study shows the influence of both a shared vision and loyalty, teamwork, and nationality, gender, satisfaction, justice, and conflict tolerance on organisational citizenship behavior in light of cultural diversity. Testing whether these factors are related to the determination of organisational citizenship behavior through the binary response technique of multiple logistic regression, a random sample was selected from the general community of the Algerian-Cuban Friendship Hospital of Ophthalmology, and the number of its members was estimated to be 213 by answering a set of questions about the most influential factors in determining organisational citizenship behavior in the light of cultural diversity, the findings revealed a positive and meaningful relationship between shared vision, loyalty, teamwork, and nationality and organisational citizenship behavior In light of cultural diversity, these individuals often adapt to the new culture by changing their behaviors, values, and attitudes as well. Besides, there is no relationship between gender, satisfaction, justice, conflict tolerance and organisational citizenship behavior in light of cultural diversity. The current study suggests that the hospital management should formulate its values according to the employee's cultural citizenship values, and this should be done with the different dimensions of the employee's cultural citizenship values to reduce any conflict that arises due to differences in the value system, through training the employees continuously learn how to modify their behaviors depending on the cultural situations They face and strengthen organisational unity and cohesion. The study aimed at exploring the impact of parental leadership on the level of organizational commitment of those working at the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the light of the presence of the ethical climate as an intermediary variable, To achieve the goal of the study, the Leader-Member Exchange Theory was used and a random class sample was taken, represented by the employees in the center of the ministry with the total sampling being (1000) employees. A 200 questionnaire copies were distributed which makes (20%) of the Ministry center from which the research sample was selected. The study led to the conclusion that the parental leadership, positively and with a statistical significance, affects both the organizational commitment and the ethical climate. The study also proved the partial intermediary role played by the ethical climate in the relationship between the parental leadership and the organizational commitment of employees working for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which in turn helps in improving the performance of those employees as well as in unveiling of all the gaps that may lead to a decrease in the level of ethical climate as well as in reducing the development level of the employees' organizational commitment.Item The interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity and their impact on fighting deviant work behavior: An applied study on a sample of administrative leaders in private commercial banks in Sulaimani city in Iraq(Journal of Economic, Administrative and Legal Sciences, 2021-09-30) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا الله; أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; أ.م.د. سعد نوري عطا اللهThe study aimed to identify the extent to which private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah adopt participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity, reveal the nature and direction of the relationship between participatory leadership and perceived behavioral integrity, and combat deviant behavior in these banks, in addition to determining whether the interaction is between participatory leadership and integrity. Perception affects the behavior of deviant work, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire as a study tool that was distributed to the study sample of (108) managers, assistants of managers, heads of departments and divisions in private commercial banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results showed that private banks do not adopt participatory leadership practices and behavioral integrity Significantly, with a significant positive statistically significant effect of adopting participatory leadership practices on deviant work behavior in private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, where the value of the correlation coefficient R (-2.159) at the level of significance (.031), and the existence of a positive statistical significance effect. To adopt the perceived behavioral integrity on the deviant work behavior of private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results revealed The study on the absence of a positive, statistically significant, positive impact at the level of (0.05) for the interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity on deviant work behavior. For both leadership style, an organizational learning is one of the problematic issues that stands critically for leaders and they have to decide about it. This research studies the effect of transformational and transactional leadership and compare between their effects on organizational learning. However, examine the effect of leadership style on organizational learning is not new research scope and the recent research findings have variable finding. Therefore, this research used the organizational culture as a mediating culture between leadership style and organizational learning. This it search run based on an individual analysis and used the private university in Iraq- Baghdad city. The collected data were among all the private universities using handed or administrative questionnaire. Moreover, Structural Equational Modeling used for data analysis.
