Item Conceptual model of internet banking adoption with perceived risk and trust factors(TELKOMNIKA Telecommunication Computing Electronics and Control, 2023-02-23) د. عمر عبد المجيد حمودUnderstanding the primary factors of internet banking (IB) acceptance is critical for both banks and users; nevertheless, our knowledge of the role of users’ perceived risk and trust in IB adoption is limited. As a result, we develop a conceptual model by incorporating perceived risk and trust into the technology acceptance model (TAM) theory toward the IB. The proper research emphasized that the most essential component in explaining IB adoption behavior is behavioral intention to use IB adoption. TAM is helpful for figuring out how elements that affect IB adoption are connected to one another. According to previous literature on IB and the use of such technology in Iraq, one has to choose a theoretical foundation that may justify the acceptance of IB from the customer’s perspective. The conceptual model was therefore constructed using the TAM as a foundation. Furthermore, perceived risk and trust were added to the TAM dimensions as external factors. The key objective of this work was to extend the TAM to construct a conceptual model for IB adoption and to get sufficient theoretical support from the existing literature for the essential elements and their relationships in order to unearth new insights about factors responsible for IB adoption.Item Data Analysis of An Exploring the Information Systems Success Factors for Early Warning Systems Adoption(Babylonian Journal of Machine Learning, 2024-06-20) د. عمر عبد المجيد حمودNaturally occurring floods are an essential part of life in many parts of the world. Floods, of all the natural dangers, have the greatest effect on society because they cover large geographic regions, happen often, and have a lasting negative socioeconomic impact. Thus, it becomes necessary to design a comprehensive and successful strategy for preventing floods, which will require technical advancements to improve the operational efficacy of government organizations. The Flood Early Warning and Response System (FEWRS), which gives pertinent stakeholders fast information and practical reaction guidelines, emerges as a critical instrument in reducing the loss of lives and property. Unfortunately, current FEWRS frequently fall short of providing enough information on flood disasters, which reduces their ability to mitigate local-level effects and impedes attempts to save lives. Assessing the effectiveness of information systems (IS) within this particular setting is a noteworthy obstacle for scholars, professionals, and administrators. The objective of this research is to tackle this difficulty by exploring the factors that lead to the success of FEWRS. This involves incorporating risk knowledge and response capabilities into the standard IS success model. The present study employs the DeLone and McLean (D&M) models due to their efficaciousness in meeting the designated requirements that are essential for mitigating the impact of flooding disastersItem Determinants Influencing E-Payment Adoption Amidst COVID-19: A Conceptual Framework(International Conference on New Media Studies Bali, Indonesia, 6-8 December 2023, 2023-12-07) د. عمر عبد المجيد حمودIn recent years, there has been a significant surge in the demand for electronic payments (e-payments), particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. E-payments have played a crucial role in promoting social distancing and mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Several studies have examined user goals and intentions in this context. The primary objective of this research is to develop a conceptual model that integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the Health Belief Model (HBM) to explore the factors influencing people's willingness to embrace e-payment methods. Both TAM and HBM serve as foundational frameworks in this study. Consequently, this research contributes to our understanding of how perceived usefulness and ease of use impact the adoption of e-payments. The study introduces a proposed framework yet to undergo empirical testing, emphasizing the need for empirical investigations to validate its suitability. This framework can be a valuable tool for bankers, managers, and practitioners in assessing their clients' inclination toward adopting e-payment servicesItem Hybrid Spotted Hyena based Load Balancing algorithm (HSHLB)(Mesopotamian journal of Big Data, 2024-11-02) د. عمر عبد المجيد حمودIn this article, we probe into the middle of our suggested dynamic burden distribution mechanism. We name it Hybrid Spotted Hyena based Load Balancing algorithm (HSHLB). To begin with, the current literature provides an overview of the Spotted Hyena Optimization Algorithm (SHOA) and its basic behaviors that include migration, and attacking. Next, we unveil what is referred to as Load Balancing Algorithm (LB), and explain its fundamental concepts at the same time as we reemphasize various special features. Thirdly, realizing that both SHOA and LB methods have their comparative advantages and disadvantages within our system, engagement in a hybridization process between SHOA and LB yields reputation for a more powerful HSHLB. Fourthly I will demonstrate how these three algorithms are applied jointly, and how best their beneficial qualities are taken by HSHLB without bringing about their disadvantageous attributes. While reading this section, the reader will be able to educates himself on how the HSHLB functions, which will enable him understand all the processes that are involved in this program among other parameters that are necessary for implementation hence simplicity shall be dealt through the use of pseudocode or flowcharts meant to depict the actual process of the implementation of HSHLB. To sum up to this stage of the work Section 3 introduced a theoretical basis for the application of HSHLB in an attempt to achieve the goal of dynamic load balancing to pave way to the remaining parts of the work which presents revised implementation strategies, results, and analysis. When comparing different aspects for example SHOA and LB; it prove beyond doubt that HSHLB could be an answer to many sided challenges resulting from load balancing within the cloud computing since resource provision can be optimally enhanced by strengths registering to these methods and more importantly improving on service quality(QoS
