Item The Role of Internal Marketing of Human Resources in Promoting Innovative Work Behaviors: An analytical Study in Al-Furat General Hospital(East African Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management, 2025-01-13) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسين; م.م. احمد طلال خلفThe research aims to know the role of internal marketing of human resources as an independent variable with its dimensions (empowerment, internal communication, training and development, incentives and rewards) in enhancing innovative work behavior as a dependent variable, Al-Furat General Hospital was chosen as the study community. Given that the two variables under study have intellectual importance in directing activities related to internal marketing of human resources to enhance the innovative behavior of Fallujah Teaching Hospital cadres in providing health services, the sample required to survey their opinions included (82) opinions out of (86) opinions, and the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire were adopted as a tool for collecting data. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, SMART PLS V.4) to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses. The results showed the validity of the relationship at the level of the main and sub-variables under study, which indicates the essential role played by internal marketing in enhancing the innovative behavior of working individuals.Item The role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management: An exploratory study on a sample of employees at the Al-Fallujah University(International Journal of Research in Human Resource Management, 2024-10-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسينDigital knowledge management and talent management for employees is one of the basic resources of organizations in building intangible resources, and due to the lack of research conducted on the role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management strategies, this study took pales to study the importance of digital knowledge management for the human resource across its dimensions (acquiring digital knowledge, organizing and preserving digital knowledge, distributing digital knowledge, and the application of digital knowledge) and its impact on improving the creative performance of the university across its dimensions (fluency, originality, problem sensitivity, and flexibility) through the mediating role of talent management strategies. A set of hypotheses were formulated and tested using a descriptive-analytical approach, which targeted the academic staff at Al-Fallujah University. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool for data collecting; the questionnaire was distributed to (65) participants, of which (61) were analyzed after excluding (4) for invalidity. The study employed several statistical methods for data analysis, including (approximate validity, inflation coefficient, Cornbrash's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) additionally, the study used (AMOS v21) software to test and verify the validity of the proposed model. The study results indicated that digital knowledge management and the university’s talent management strategies contribute positively to enhancing creative performance. Moreover, the findings indicated the existence of a weak (partial) mediation of talent management in strengthening the impact of digital knowledge management on creative performance in the researched context. The study provided a set of recommendations that the organization can adopt in order to improve its current and future situation and also can be exploited in order to face the shortage of qualified and talented individualsItem Three Phases Strategy Of Electronic Management Application " A Proposed Model"(Annual International Conference on Information and Sciences (AiCIS), 2020-02-06) أ.م.د. احمد عباس حمادي; أ.م.د. وسام علي حسينThis study aims at conducting for a theoretical review of management connotations of electronic management applications for the sake of coming out with a proposed model .The proposed model is suggesting an electronic management application and adaptation through three-sage (phase) strategy that includes three stages (phases). These stages are: first, the right preparation and establishment for the electronic mechanisms , equipment and tools required in applying the electronic management within a suitable framework and ground for the basic requirements to create an appropriate environment for the dissemination and application of electronic management culture. Secondly, the development of the main elements which assist in activating the electronic system network as a harmonic system. Then testing and implementing these element.Thirdly, clarifying and presenting the basic requirements which are necessary in supporting the successful application of electronic management within the framework of supporting both internal and external environments. Additionally, the basic requirements and the global processes which lead to the expected results that are required to be achieved at each stage are clarified. The purpose for such clarification is to shed light upon the progress from one stage into another to provide a sequential comprehensive model for an integrated strategic vision explaining the stages of electronic management application
