The research relied on the descriptive approach in describing the relationship that links the quality of educational institutions in Iraq with the requirements for achieving sustainable development, which stems from attention to the quality of the teaching staff and the quality of the student, all the way to the quality of human educational management, with a theoretical and research foundation in accordance with this approach. The research reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that achieving the requirements of sustainable development in 2030 requires developing the quality of educational institutions in Iraq, and then providing solutions to the material, legislative and human obstacles in order to invest in sustainable development opportunities.
