    The Mediating Role of Organizational Ambidexterity in the Relationship between Business Intelligence Systems and the Learning Organization Exploratory study at the Ramadi's Hospitals

    This study aims to identifying the relationship and impact between business intelligence systems strategies and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization in the hospitals operating in the center of Anbar province, namely: (Ramadi Teaching Hospital, Women's and Children's Hospital, Al Razi private hospital). The study adopted the purposive sample method since it represents (50%) of the entire community of the research. Other suitable statistical methods were also sued with the help of the SPSS software and the construction of a questionnaire that covered (82) individuals, making the actual total of the selected hospitals in Anbar. However, the number of retrieved questionnaire answers were (76), thus making (92%) of the total number of the original study sample. That percentage included directors and heads of departments, employees and administrators working in hospitals in the center of Anbar province. The study indicated that the skills of business intelligence and organizational ambidexterity combined morally affect the learning organization with its components (leadership, learning, strategy, change), which in turn shows the important role played by business intelligence systems and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization as one of the pillars of the organization. Based on these findings a set of recommendations and proposals were presented for the future.

    The interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity and their impact on fighting deviant work behavior: An applied study on a sample of administrative leaders in private commercial banks in Sulaimani city in Iraq

    The study aimed to identify the extent to which private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah adopt participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity, reveal the nature and direction of the relationship between participatory leadership and perceived behavioral integrity, and combat deviant behavior in these banks, in addition to determining whether the interaction is between participatory leadership and integrity. Perception affects the behavior of deviant work, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire as a study tool that was distributed to the study sample of (108) managers, assistants of managers, heads of departments and divisions in private commercial banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results showed that private banks do not adopt participatory leadership practices and behavioral integrity Significantly, with a significant positive statistically significant effect of adopting participatory leadership practices on deviant work behavior in private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, where the value of the correlation coefficient R (-2.159) at the level of significance (.031), and the existence of a positive statistical significance effect. To adopt the perceived behavioral integrity on the deviant work behavior of private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results revealed The study on the absence of a positive, statistically significant, positive impact at the level of (0.05) for the interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity on deviant work behavior. And their leaders, and emphasize the importance of adopting participatory leadership practices and perceived integrity together, as they have a clear impact on reducing deviant behaviors, which will positively affect banks in terms of creating a positive, effective and ideal work environment

    Enhancing organizational immunity: The impact of strategic agility, foresight, and entrepreneurship in the Baghdad electricity police directorate

    Organizational immunity inside the Baghdad Electricity Police Directorate gets influenced by strategic agility through this investigation. The research investigates strategic foresight (SF) and strategic entrepreneurship (SE) as intermediate factors which help explain the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity (OI). Research findings from 120 middle-level managers validated the relationship between strategic agility and both organizational immunity and its two intermediary factors using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The research established that organizations gain improved immunological capacity through strategic agility which becomes more powerful when combined with strategic foresight and strategic entrepreneurship. The research uses Dynamic Capabilities theory and Entrepreneurship Innovation and Resource-Based View (RBV) to provide Electricity Police Directorate with practical strategies that enhance their immunity alongside entrepreneurial spirit through strategic agility

    Analyzing of the Impact of the Exchange Rate on the Trade Balance in the Iraqi Economy for the period (2004-2020)

    The aim of the research is about the role of the exchange rate and its success in influencing the trade balance in the Iraqi economy during the period (2004-2020), as well as using the descriptive analytical method for the variables adopted in the research. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance showed that the exchange rate explained the changes in the balance (66%) and that (4%) is due to external factors that fall outside the model, and the results of the long-term response show a weak direct effect between the exchange rate and the trade balance, meaning that the increase in the exchange rate led to a weak increase in the trade balance in Iraq during a period The research is due to the weakness of Iraqi exports and their dependence on one source, which is oil exports

    The research refers to analyzing and measuring the impact of the exchange rate on foreign direct investment in Iraq during the period 2004-2021, as the relationship between them indicates that the changes caused by the exchange rate of the dinar contributed to attracting and encouraging foreign investments by raising the value of the local currency, which will increase the profits of investors in the market. As a result of the high demand for products, the results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship and a direct and significant response between the exchange rate and foreign direct investment. The remaining percentage (7%) represents the effect of other external variables outside the model

    The study examined the efficiency of Jordanian Islamic banks after the decline in oil prices during the period of 2012-2017, through using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), to estimate the fixed technical efficiency, variable efficiency and volumetric efficiency. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, four Jordanian Islamic banks were selected, which represent 16% of the Jordanian operating banks. Also, to implement the data envelope analysis, two outputs were identified (loans, credit facilities), as well as identifying two inputs (capital, deposits). The study reached several results, the most important of which indicated that Islamic banks operating in Jordan were not affected by the crisis of low oil prices, and the Jordanian Islamic banks excel in terms of activity over the foreign Islamic banks operating in Jordan, in addition, there has been an evolution in Islamic banking operations based on the volumetric efficiency index

    Factors affecting the gross domestic product in Iraq for the period 1990-2018

    "The study aimed to measure and analyze the effect of some factors such as (government spending GO, consumption CO, population PO, investment IO, exchange rate EX, money supply Ms, and inflation Inf) in the gross domestic product, however, the research adopted the descriptive and standard approach in the formation of the model based on Economic theory and statistical program (Eviews) during the period (1990-2018), and the importance of the study comes from that the gross domestic product is a basic indicator for identifying the performance of the economy, the research also relied on the tests of Augmented Dickey-Fuller and Philips-Byron to recognize the stationarity of the variables, and the results showed the significance of the variables through the value of the calculated F factor of 85.334 at the level of significance of 5% As for the 1.76 test (D.W), it proves that there is no autocorrelation problem, and the value of the adjusted determination coefficient R2 showed that about 95% of the changes in the GDP were explained by the independent variables. while the 5% which remaining of these changes can be attributed to other factors that are not included in the model. However, government and investment expenditures were excluded from the model because they were not significant, and the study recommended setting targeted policies to improve and develop the investment climate

    تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور القيادة السلبية بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في البنوك التجارية الخاصة العاملة في بغداد، وتم الاعتماد على نظرية المحافظة على الموارد ونظرية التقييم المعرفي ونظرية التبادل الاجتماعي في بناء فرضيات الدراسة لاختبار العلاقة المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين القيادة السلبية بأبعادها الخمسة)الترويج الذات، والنرجسية، والقيادة الاستبدادية، والاشراف التعسفي، وعدم القدرة على التنبؤ( وسلوكيات المواطنة، ووزع) (120 استبانة على عينة غير احتمالية ميسرة المتمثلة بالمصارف التجارية الخاصة العاملة في بغداد تتضمن)بغداد، الشرق الأوسط العراقي للاستثمار، المتحد للاستثمار، الخليج التجاري، الشمال للتمويل والاستثمار، آشور الدولي للاستثمار بمقدار 25 % من حجم مجتمع الدراسة الكلي وهم)مدراء عامين، رؤساء الأقسام، مسؤولي الشعب، مسؤولي الوحدات وكانت نسبة الاستجابة) 103 ( وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي عبر برنامج) SPSS ( لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، واظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة توافقية ايجابية بين القيادة السلبية وسلوكيات المواطنة، والخلاصة ضرورة تحليل السلوكيات السلبية ومعرفة اسباب فساد القيادة ليتجنبوا ما وقعوا فيه اسلافهم في عالم يشوبه التوتر والحرمان والاضطرابات إلى جانب ما قدمته من توصيات ببحوث مستقبلية.
