dc.description.abstractThe current research aims to know the effect of the dimensions of the cultural intelligence variable (metacognition, cognition, motivation, individuals behavior) on the entrepreneurial performance variable of a sample of the leaders of mobile communications companies in the province of Baghdad, as the research community is represented by the leaders of mobile communications companies (Asia Cell, Cork Telecom, Zain Al-Atheer) in the province of Baghdad, and the research sample included (115) respondents, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the field side of the research, and the questionnaire consisting of (45) items was used to measure the research variables as a tool for data collection and analysis using the (SMART PLS) program V.3.4) as well as the statistical package (SPSS V.28). The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the tendency of the three mobile communications companies to adopt cultural intelligence in a high way in improving their entrepreneurial performance, in light of their clear reliance on motivation, knowledge, and metacognition, with a clear neglect of the adoption of behavior in improving that performance.
