Abstract

The current study aimed to verify and prove the effect of High Involvement Management Practices in the implantation of the (ISO21001:2018) international standard, stemming from importance of these practices in mobilizing, developing and leveraging the human resources potentials of the population of the study at the University of Anbar. The University of Anbar was selected as a field study because of its fertile environment for research and study in this subject and its evolutionary orientation towards scientific integrity, and its regional and international competitive position
