Item Impact of Job Loyalty, Management Performance, Rewards and Recognition and Firm Size on Profitability in Supply Chain of Bank: Empirical Study on Islamic Banks in Iraq(International Journal of Supply Chain Management, 2019-04-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م. احمد عبد الكريم جاسمThe main objective of this study is to examine the impact of job loyalty, management performance, rewards and recognition, and firm size on profitability in supply chain of bank. Islamic banking industry share increasing day by day and this industry growing rapidly. The model of current study developed on the basis of theoretical background. To investigate the hypothesized model of current study quantitative research design was followed. Data were collected through questionnaire and two hundred ninety 290 questionnaires were distributed among employees of Islamic banks in Iraq. To test the proposed hypothesis SPSS version 23 was used to analyze data. The findings revealed that job loyalty, management performance, rewards and recognition, and firm size have significant and positive impact on bank profitability. The values of this paper show that job loyalty, management performance, rewards and recognition, and firm size enhance the bank profitabilityItem The Role of Administrative Empowerment in Promoting Organizational Excellence An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of academic leaders at the University of Fallujah(مجلة اقتصاديات الاعمال, 2023-09-30) م.م. محمود جميل عواد; م.م. مصطفى امجد ابراهيم; م. احمد عبد الكريم جاسمThe research aims to know the role of Administrative Empowerment in its dimensions (training and development, incentives, information sharing, trust and delegation of powers) in promoting Organizational Excellence in its dimensions (strategic planning, information analysis, focus on operations and business results) among academic leaders at the University of Fallujah. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach in completing their research , the researchers depended on questionnaire as a main tool in collecting and analyzing the data collected from the higher, middle and supervisory university leaders represented by (directors of administrative and scientific departments, heads of departments, assistant deans of colleges, deans of colleges, assistants to the university president, the university president), the researchers relied on the statistical program (SPSS) in analyzing the collected data, as the researchers distributed (64) questionnaires to the community to be studied, and (56) questionnaires were retrieved, (6) of which were not valid for analysis, while the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (50) only, The researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an influence relationship and a statistical correlation with positive moral significance between Administrative Empowerment and Organizational Excellence in an overall manner at the level of the two variables, if the university leaders was able, by empowering its middle and supervisory leaders, to create creativity and grant them more powers in the centers of responsibility and participation in decision-making processes in the university in order to achieve organizational excellence. The researchers recommend that the university leadership work to strengthen its focus on empowering its administrative staff more in order to achieve organizational excellence to meet the challenges it faces and achieve leadership in the long run.
