Item Develop organizational learning capabilities within knowledge management processes (Applied research in the General Company of Iraqi Airways)(Opción, Año 35, Especial No.19 (2019): 2337-2365, 2019-02) أ.م.د. زيد خوام محمودThe current research aims to identify the degree to which knowledge management processes (knowledge Creation, knowledge distribution, knowledge interpretation, knowledge implementation), and the availability of organizational learning capabilities (adaptive learning capacity and the ability to learn constructively) in the Iraqi airline company. In addition to determining the level of impact of knowledge management processes in the development of organizational learning capabilities, to achieve the objective of the research, the views of a sample of individuals in the General Company of Iraqi Airways, which amounted to (30) individuals by adopting the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information, and analyzed their responses using many methods (Mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple regression coefficient) based on the SPSS program. The results of the research are based on a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the knowledge management processes are one of the basic building blocks of the company's operations. It also plays an important role in the development of organizational learning capabilities. And the response variable (organizational learning abilities), all of which were positive and functionally significant. The research investigates strategic foresight (SF) and strategic entrepreneurship (SE) as intermediate factors which help explain the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity (OI). Research findings from 120 middle-level managers validated the relationship between strategic agility and both organizational immunity and its two intermediary factors using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The research established that organizations gain improved immunological capacity through strategic agility which becomes more powerful when combined with strategic foresight and strategic entrepreneurship. The research uses Dynamic Capabilities theory and Entrepreneurship Innovation and Resource-Based View (RBV) to provide Electricity Police Directorate with practical strategies that enhance their immunity alongside entrepreneurial spirit through strategic agilityItem Examining a Moderated Serial Mediation Model of the Relationship between Phoenix Leadership Characteristics and Organizational Change(I NTERNATIONAL J OURNAL OF O RGANIZATIONAL L EADERSHIP, 2023-03-26) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا اللهDrawing on the social exchange approach and an accompanying sub-theory pertaining to upper echelons theory, which are the most influential theories for describing the behavior of workers in the workplace, this study empirically investigates some corresponding moderated serial mediation variables, such as affective commitment, work meaningfulness, and perceived organizational support, which impact the relationship between Phoenix leadership and organizational change. A total of 150 employees working in the Sudanese Electricity Company participated in the questionnaire survey. The response rate was 88%. The results revealed that Phoenix leadership significantly influences organizational change and affective commitment. Affective commitment significantly influences work meaningfulness. Affective commitment and work meaningfulness mediate the relationship between Phoenix leadership and organizational change. Affective commitment mediates the relationship between Phoenix leadership and work meaningfulness. Work meaningfulness mediates the relationship between affective commitment and organizational change, but perceived organizational support does not moderate the relationship between work meaningfulness and organizational change. Islamic banking industry share increasing day by day and this industry growing rapidly. The model of current study developed on the basis of theoretical background. To investigate the hypothesized model of current study quantitative research design was followed. Data were collected through questionnaire and two hundred ninety 290 questionnaires were distributed among employees of Islamic banks in Iraq. To test the proposed hypothesis SPSS version 23 was used to analyze data. The research problem revealed a lack of understanding on the significance of using psychological capital in its dimensions, (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, flexibility). In building and strengthening organizational citizenship in its dimensions (altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, and urban behavior). Theoretical framework: The research presented a theoretical presentation of the implications of the research variables, ideas and their dimensions as expressed in previous studies. The research also systematically organized the primary research hypothesis, which assumes the existence of a significant influence of psychological capital on corporate citizenship behavior, from which the research hypothesis model yielded a number of sub-hypotheses. Design/methodology/approach: Through a survey of sample perspectives regarding organizational citizenship and psychological capital, the descriptive analytical approach was chosen. The questionnaire was used to gather and examine data in order to frame the scientific component of the study. Thirty surveys were given out. It was fully recovered, meaning that the thirty surveys that made up the research's final sample were recovered. The (spss) package, which represents the last sample of employees at the General Company for Glass and Refractories Manufacturing, was also used to analyse the field portion of the study. The research: reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation between psychological capital, organizational citizenship, and the company’s need for organizational citizenship. Originality/Value: This study represents a distinctive scientific contribution that urges officials in public organizations should priorities organizational citizenship and psychological capital in order to improve overall performance and foster a happy, productive workplace. A purposive sample was chosen by the comprehensive inventory method, which is (director, assistant director, heads of departments) for their leadership and strategic roles in enhancing the reputation of their organizations and their number reached 35 respondents. This question will be a starting point for the research goal, which is choosing the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate in this research direction, preparing a questionnaire for the research based on solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies, and making appropriate modifications to it by some professors. A Mascarin table was adopted for small samples, where the researcher chose (129) to be the research sample, and the questionnaire was distributed to them, to retrieve 125 questionnaires, of which the valid number for statistical analysis was (121) to represent a stratified random sample of the leaders of the senior and middle directorates, and it was analyzed using the statistical program ( SPSS V.28) and using appropriate statistical methods (normal distribution tests, testing scale’s validity and stability, confirmatory factor analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, relative coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression), and the most prominent results of research were presence of a significant effect. In this research, the companies in the research sample were classified according to two criteria. The size of the company by its two dimensions adopted in the research: (market value and total assets), and its stock return. The research problem, which was crystallized through reviewing previous cognitive efforts, was summarized by answering the following main question: Is there an effect of the size of the company on its stock return? This is due to the fundamental impact of the company's size in determining stock returns, in addition to the importance of the company's stock return in determining its characteristics. The quantitative analytical method was used on data collected from the financial statements and statements related to the research sample companies from the website of the Iraq Stock Exchange and the Iraqi Securities Commission. By using pooled cross-sectional time series models (Panel Data), the results showed the suitability of the fixed effects model for the relationship between company size and its stock return, as it was found that there is a direct significant effect of the size of a company on its stock return, and that company size explains (58%) of the stock return variance. In relation to this idea, this study shows the influence of both a shared vision and loyalty, teamwork, and nationality, gender, satisfaction, justice, and conflict tolerance on organisational citizenship behavior in light of cultural diversity. Testing whether these factors are related to the determination of organisational citizenship behavior through the binary response technique of multiple logistic regression, a random sample was selected from the general community of the Algerian-Cuban Friendship Hospital of Ophthalmology, and the number of its members was estimated to be 213 by answering a set of questions about the most influential factors in determining organisational citizenship behavior in the light of cultural diversity, the findings revealed a positive and meaningful relationship between shared vision, loyalty, teamwork, and nationality and organisational citizenship behavior In light of cultural diversity, these individuals often adapt to the new culture by changing their behaviors, values, and attitudes as well. Besides, there is no relationship between gender, satisfaction, justice, conflict tolerance and organisational citizenship behavior in light of cultural diversity. The current study suggests that the hospital management should formulate its values according to the employee's cultural citizenship values, and this should be done with the different dimensions of the employee's cultural citizenship values to reduce any conflict that arises due to differences in the value system, through training the employees continuously learn how to modify their behaviors depending on the cultural situations They face and strengthen organisational unity and cohesion.
