Item The Mediating Role of Organizational Ambidexterity in the Relationship between Business Intelligence Systems and the Learning Organization Exploratory study at the Ramadi's Hospitals(Annual International Conference on Information and Sciences (AiCIS), 2020-02-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; أ.م.د. سعد نوري عطا اللهThis study aims to identifying the relationship and impact between business intelligence systems strategies and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization in the hospitals operating in the center of Anbar province, namely: (Ramadi Teaching Hospital, Women's and Children's Hospital, Al Razi private hospital). The study adopted the purposive sample method since it represents (50%) of the entire community of the research. Other suitable statistical methods were also sued with the help of the SPSS software and the construction of a questionnaire that covered (82) individuals, making the actual total of the selected hospitals in Anbar. However, the number of retrieved questionnaire answers were (76), thus making (92%) of the total number of the original study sample. That percentage included directors and heads of departments, employees and administrators working in hospitals in the center of Anbar province. The study indicated that the skills of business intelligence and organizational ambidexterity combined morally affect the learning organization with its components (leadership, learning, strategy, change), which in turn shows the important role played by business intelligence systems and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization as one of the pillars of the organization. Based on these findings a set of recommendations and proposals were presented for the future.Item The interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity and their impact on fighting deviant work behavior: An applied study on a sample of administrative leaders in private commercial banks in Sulaimani city in Iraq(Journal of Economic, Administrative and Legal Sciences, 2021-09-30) أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا الله; أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; أ.م.د. سعد نوري عطا اللهThe study aimed to identify the extent to which private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah adopt participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity, reveal the nature and direction of the relationship between participatory leadership and perceived behavioral integrity, and combat deviant behavior in these banks, in addition to determining whether the interaction is between participatory leadership and integrity. Perception affects the behavior of deviant work, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire as a study tool that was distributed to the study sample of (108) managers, assistants of managers, heads of departments and divisions in private commercial banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results showed that private banks do not adopt participatory leadership practices and behavioral integrity Significantly, with a significant positive statistically significant effect of adopting participatory leadership practices on deviant work behavior in private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, where the value of the correlation coefficient R (-2.159) at the level of significance (.031), and the existence of a positive statistical significance effect. To adopt the perceived behavioral integrity on the deviant work behavior of private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results revealed The study on the absence of a positive, statistically significant, positive impact at the level of (0.05) for the interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity on deviant work behavior. The research investigates strategic foresight (SF) and strategic entrepreneurship (SE) as intermediate factors which help explain the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity (OI). Research findings from 120 middle-level managers validated the relationship between strategic agility and both organizational immunity and its two intermediary factors using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The research established that organizations gain improved immunological capacity through strategic agility which becomes more powerful when combined with strategic foresight and strategic entrepreneurship. The descriptive analytical method was used as a research approach. Adept leadership includes two dimensions (open leadership behaviors and closed leadership behaviors), and organizational energy includes three dimensions (emotional energy, physical energy, and cognitive energy ). The research sample included all the administrative leaders (General Manager, Associate General manager, Department Manager, Division Official ) in AL-Faris Company / the Iraqi Ministry of Industry. The researcher distributed (74) valid questionnaires after retrieving (53) questionnaires, and the research relied on the statistical package (SPSS). The results indicated that there is a strong effect and a high correlation between the research variables. The most important dimensions of ambidextrous leadership behaviors are open leadership behaviors, which have a high impact on organizational energy. The questionnaire was distributed to the sample and 161 views were obtained from them. The questionnaire’s paragraphs represented (69) items were answered. In addition to the structured and open interviews that were conducted with university leaders (university president, deans of faculties) in addition to the researcher’s field observations, the researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, Amos v26) to analyze the research data, and the results showed the validity of the correlation and influence at the level of The main and sub-variables investigated, showing the essential role played by soft leadership skills in influencing the level of knowledge sharing among faculty members at the University of Fallujah.Item Physiognomy and its impact on organizational health Strategic Analytical research in the General Directorate of Central Electric Power Production and its stations(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, 2020-10-10) م. سيف علي كاملThe current research aims at its chapters to test the relationship and influence of strategic physiognomy as an independent variable in organizational health as a dependent variable in the Directorate General for the production of intermediate area electric power and all its stations in the city of Baghdad, and try to come up with a set of recommendations that will contribute to enhancing the practice and adoption of the two variables in the organizations surveyed. Based on the importance of the research topic to the society and its importance to the research organizations and their individuals, the analytical exploratory approach was adopted in accomplishing this research. The research society included the General Directorate of intermediate area Electric Power Production and its stations in Baghdad City, The study sample consisted of (General Director and his assistants and heads of departments and directors of stations and their assistants and heads of departments in the stations) as a sample intended for the research community represented by the Directorate General for the production of intermediate area electric power and all stations in the city of Baghdad, and comprehensive inventory, The researcher distributed (250) samples of the research sample, and collected the data from (243) respondents from the surveyed community by adopting the questionnaire which included (38) items , and using personal interviews and field observations as aids in collecting them. The research was based on programs (SPSS V.23) with descriptive statistical methods to test hypotheses (mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient , simple regression coefficient , KMO test).The main findings of the research were the clear influence of strategic physiognomy in organizational health ,The research included four axes, the first of which is the methodology of the research, the second is the theoretical theory, the third is the presentation and analysis of the results and the hypothesis test, The fourth axis is devoted to the conclusions and recommendations .
