    Strategic Awareness And Its Role In Improving Crisis Management: An Exploratory Study Of The Opinions Of A Sample Of Security Leaders In The National Security Agency / National Directorate Of Security In Anbar

    The current research aims to test the effect of strategic awareness in its dimensions (customer service awareness, product promotion awareness, service awareness, competitive environment awareness, administrative awareness) in crisis management in its dimensions (detecting warning signs, preparation and prevention, (containing damage, restoring activity and learning)) in The National Security Directorate in Anbar, and given the importance of the two variables investigated for the Directorate from its future perspective, and the interest of the research community and its sample in the various administrative fields, phenomena with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of its management of crises when they occur, and on this basis the research problem was embodied in its main question: Is the National Security Directorate in Anbar Governorate ( Who invests strategic awareness in improving crisis management?) This question will be a starting point for the research goal, which is choosing the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate in this research direction, preparing a questionnaire for the research based on solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies, and making appropriate modifications to it by some professors. And expert arbitrators, so that the research community is represented by the leaders of the National Security Directorate in Anbar, as their number reached (194) leaders from the first, second and third levels. A Mascarin table was adopted for small samples, where the researcher chose (129) to be the research sample, and the questionnaire was distributed to them, to retrieve 125 questionnaires, of which the valid number for statistical analysis was (121) to represent a stratified random sample of the leaders of the senior and middle directorates, and it was analyzed using the statistical program ( SPSS V.28) and using appropriate statistical methods (normal distribution tests, testing scale’s validity and stability, confirmatory factor analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, relative coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression), and the most prominent results of research were presence of a significant effect. Strategic awareness in crisis management and its adoption as an input for the National Security Directorate in Anbar.

    The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Improving the Quality of Educational Services: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Leaders in Private Colleges (Al-Mammon University College and Bilad Al-Rafidain University College)

    This research aims to demonstrate the role, relationship, and impact of intellectual capital on the quality of educational services. The measurement of these two variables relied on the dimensions of each, where the dimensions of intellectual capital were defined as (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital), while the dimensions of the quality of educational services were considered to be (resources, curriculum, reliability, and efficiency). A questionnaire containing (42) items was designed to cover the dimensions of both variables, which were distributed among the research sample members in the studied community, represented by the faculties of Al-Mamoun University and Bilad al-Rafidain University College. A sample of (92) individuals holding higher degrees and assigned to leadership positions in the two colleges was selected, including roles such as (Deputy Dean, Department Head, Department Coordinator).
