Item الذكاء الثقافي وتاثيره في الاداء الريادي(مجلة اقتصاديات الاعمال, 2022-10-10) أ.م.د. زيد خوام محمود; م. سيف علي كاملItem Physiognomy and its impact on organizational health Strategic Analytical research in the General Directorate of Central Electric Power Production and its stations(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, 2020-10-10) م. سيف علي كاملThe current research aims at its chapters to test the relationship and influence of strategic physiognomy as an independent variable in organizational health as a dependent variable in the Directorate General for the production of intermediate area electric power and all its stations in the city of Baghdad, and try to come up with a set of recommendations that will contribute to enhancing the practice and adoption of the two variables in the organizations surveyed. Based on the importance of the research topic to the society and its importance to the research organizations and their individuals, the analytical exploratory approach was adopted in accomplishing this research. The research society included the General Directorate of intermediate area Electric Power Production and its stations in Baghdad City, The study sample consisted of (General Director and his assistants and heads of departments and directors of stations and their assistants and heads of departments in the stations) as a sample intended for the research community represented by the Directorate General for the production of intermediate area electric power and all stations in the city of Baghdad, and comprehensive inventory, The researcher distributed (250) samples of the research sample, and collected the data from (243) respondents from the surveyed community by adopting the questionnaire which included (38) items , and using personal interviews and field observations as aids in collecting them. The research was based on programs (SPSS V.23) with descriptive statistical methods to test hypotheses (mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient , simple regression coefficient , KMO test).The main findings of the research were the clear influence of strategic physiognomy in organizational health ,The research included four axes, the first of which is the methodology of the research, the second is the theoretical theory, the third is the presentation and analysis of the results and the hypothesis test, The fourth axis is devoted to the conclusions and recommendations .Item Organizational Excellence of Yarmouk Teaching Hospital According to Organizational Ambidexterity – Perspective Study of Opinions for a Sample of Their Doctors(International Journal of Professional Studies, 2024-07-17) م. سيف علي كاملA current study aimed to identify role of Organizational Ambidexterity and its dimensions (investment, exploration) in improving organizational excellence in its dimensions (strategic planning, focus on the customer, focus on the work force, focus on operations, focus on results) in Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, and given the importance of the two variables investigated. From perspective of diverse approaches resulting from directing the various practices concerned with organizational prowess in improving their ability to improve their organizational excellence, as a multi-faceted goal and linked to goals concerned with treating patients and various health conditions after Iraq has become a country concerned with reverse health tourism that leads to damage to balance of payments and the migration of hard currency, problem was embodied in its main question (Was Yarmouk Teaching Hospital able to invest organizational ingenuity in improving its organizational excellence from a point of view of its doctors?), so that this question would be the starting point for a research goal that adopted the descriptive analytical method based on the questionnaire and prepared from scientific standards approved by previous peer-reviewed studies, to distribute On a sample of (92) of its doctors (consultant, surgeon, practitioner, senior resident, resident), final research sample after retrieving the questionnaire was a relative random size of (85), to be collected and analyzed via (SPSS V.28, SMART PLS V.4) program, as well as statistical methods. A appropriate result, so that practical analysis through data obtained by researcher from sample’s answers reaches most prominent result that enables hospital’s direction to improve its organizational excellence, and its dimensions of investment and explorationItem الذكاء الثقافي وتاثيره في الاداء الريادي(مجلة اقتصاديات الاعمال, 2022-10-30) م. سيف علي كامل; أ.م.د. زيد خوام محمودThe current research aims to know the effect of the dimensions of the cultural intelligence variable (metacognition, cognition, motivation, individuals behavior) on the entrepreneurial performance variable of a sample of the leaders of mobile communications companies in the province of Baghdad, as the research community is represented by the leaders of mobile communications companies (Asia Cell, Cork Telecom, Zain Al-Atheer) in the province of Baghdad, and the research sample included (115) respondents, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the field side of the research, and the questionnaire consisting of (45) items was used to measure the research variables as a tool for data collection and analysis using the (SMART PLS) program V.3.4) as well as the statistical package (SPSS V.28).
