Item THE ROLE OF AMBIDEXTROUS LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS IN ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL REPUTATION- EXPLORATORY RESEARCH IN THE GENERAL COMPANY FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF OIL PRODUCTS IN BAGHDAD(Academy of Strategic Management Journal, 2021-02-02) م. مثنى محمد سعيد; م.م. محمود جميل عوادThis research aims to verify the extent of the correlation and influence relationship between ambidextrous leadership behaviors (as an explanatory variable) and the organizational reputation of organization (as a responsive variable). The researchers have adopted in finalizing their research on the descriptive and analytical approach. The applicability of this research has been executed in the General Company for the distribution of petroleum products in Baghdad. The study has chosen a random sample consisting of (70) members of its community of (79) individuals by relying on a as a basic tool in collecting the data that was processed and analyzed using the statistical program (spss) using a set of statistical methods (such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of variation, relative importance and regression analysis). The research has reached a set of results; the most important of which is the existence of a direct positive correlation with a moral significance between ambidextrous leadership and organizational reputation, This means that the company's leaders work properly and to take the advantage of their leadership skills that they own in strengthening the organizational reputation of their organization in order to innovate and develop services which will reflect positively on the reputation of their organization, the research has come up with a set of recommendations, notably the need to manage the company to take advantage of leadership skills possessed by the company's leaders in order to enhance its reputation and organizational contributing to the role of strengthening the company's position at the local level due to their ability and and familiarity with the study of the environment and organizational knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses experienced by their organization as well as for their important role in improving their products by their ability to invest the capabilities and capabilities of employees within the companyItem The Impact of the Strategic Leadership in Strategic Learning Exploratory Research at Anbar University(Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences, 2021-06-02) م. مثنى محمد سعيد; م.م. محمود جميل عوادThis study aims to know the extent of the impact of Strategic Leadership as an independent variable in Strategic Learning as a dependent variable to help the senior leadership in Anbar University to take the right decisions to develop Strategic Learning programs in light of the circumstances of the Covid-19 and the sudden decisions adopted by the university to switch to E-learning and to blend. The survey was conducted by distributing a questionnaire that was adopted as a primary tool in data collection from the study sample represented by the university's senior leaders, An intentional random sample of (105) was selected from our community of (127), the data were analyzed by (SPSS) Depending on the set of statistical means, including (the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, coefficient of variation, coefficient of determination, stability test, ranks correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis). The research reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong statistically significant correlation and impact relationship between Strategic Leadership and Strategic Learning in its dimensions at Anbar University, and this means the university leadership was able to find well appropriate solutions to enhance its capabilities in the transformation to strategic learning. Moreover, this study came to complement its ideas brought by previous research on Strategic Leadership and Strategic Learning by proposing a conceptual model that clarifies the interrelationships between the main variables of research and how to adopt them in Iraqi universities in general and Anbar University in particular. Paper type: Research paperItem The Role of Digital Leadership in promoting Organizational Pride Exploratory Research at Zain Telecom Company in Iraq(مجلة اقتصاديات الاعمال, 2023-01-30) م. مثنى محمد سعيد; م.م. محمود جميل عوادThis study sought to find out the role played by digital leadership (as an independent variable) in enhancing Organizational Pride (as a dependent variable) in Zain Telecom Company in Iraq. The research problem was identified in knowing the extent to which digital leadership contributes to enhancing organizational pride, and accordingly a hypothesis was built for the study, which reflects the correlation and influence relationships between its main variables and its sub-dimensions, and (Zain Telecom Company) in Iraq (the headquarters in Baghdad) was chosen as the field for the application of this study. The researchers depended on the descriptive analytical approach in completing their research. The study sample consisted of (41) managers who represented the company's (middle leaders and supervisory) leaders from its community of (54) managers. The questionnaire was adopted as a basic tool in collecting and analyzing the data that were processed and analyzed using the statistical program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) (SPSS). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the absence of a significant statistically significant effect between digital leadership in its dimensions and organizational pride in Zain Telecom company, and this means that the company’s leaders did not have a clear perception of the importance of digital leadership and the great role it plays in raising the company’s position and making employees They feel proud to belong to it.
