Item Enhancing organizational immunity: The impact of strategic agility, foresight, and entrepreneurship in the Baghdad electricity police directorate(Asian Journal of Management and Commerce, 2023-07-12) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; أ.م.د. صبا نوري عطا الله; أ.م.د. سعد نوري عطا اللهOrganizational immunity inside the Baghdad Electricity Police Directorate gets influenced by strategic agility through this investigation. The research investigates strategic foresight (SF) and strategic entrepreneurship (SE) as intermediate factors which help explain the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity (OI). Research findings from 120 middle-level managers validated the relationship between strategic agility and both organizational immunity and its two intermediary factors using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The research established that organizations gain improved immunological capacity through strategic agility which becomes more powerful when combined with strategic foresight and strategic entrepreneurship. The research uses Dynamic Capabilities theory and Entrepreneurship Innovation and Resource-Based View (RBV) to provide Electricity Police Directorate with practical strategies that enhance their immunity alongside entrepreneurial spirit through strategic agilityItem Impact of Job Loyalty, Management Performance, Rewards and Recognition and Firm Size on Profitability in Supply Chain of Bank: Empirical Study on Islamic Banks in Iraq(International Journal of Supply Chain Management, 2019-04-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م. احمد عبد الكريم جاسمThe main objective of this study is to examine the impact of job loyalty, management performance, rewards and recognition, and firm size on profitability in supply chain of bank. Islamic banking industry share increasing day by day and this industry growing rapidly. The model of current study developed on the basis of theoretical background. To investigate the hypothesized model of current study quantitative research design was followed. Data were collected through questionnaire and two hundred ninety 290 questionnaires were distributed among employees of Islamic banks in Iraq. To test the proposed hypothesis SPSS version 23 was used to analyze data. The findings revealed that job loyalty, management performance, rewards and recognition, and firm size have significant and positive impact on bank profitability. Perception affects the behavior of deviant work, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire as a study tool that was distributed to the study sample of (108) managers, assistants of managers, heads of departments and divisions in private commercial banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results showed that private banks do not adopt participatory leadership practices and behavioral integrity Significantly, with a significant positive statistically significant effect of adopting participatory leadership practices on deviant work behavior in private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, where the value of the correlation coefficient R (-2.159) at the level of significance (.031), and the existence of a positive statistical significance effect. To adopt the perceived behavioral integrity on the deviant work behavior of private banks in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and the results revealed The study on the absence of a positive, statistically significant, positive impact at the level of (0.05) for the interaction between participatory leadership practices and perceived behavioral integrity on deviant work behavior. However, transactional leadership considered as a second level while transformation leadership as a first level in terms of the power effect on followers. For both leadership style, an organizational learning is one of the problematic issues that stands critically for leaders and they have to decide about it. This research studies the effect of transformational and transactional leadership and compare between their effects on organizational learning. However, examine the effect of leadership style on organizational learning is not new research scope and the recent research findings have variable finding. Therefore, this research used the organizational culture as a mediating culture between leadership style and organizational learning. This it search run based on an individual analysis and used the private university in Iraq- Baghdad city. The collected data were among all the private universities using handed or administrative questionnaire. Moreover, Structural Equational Modeling used for data analysis. The finding were impressive and brought new to the knowledge that the transactional leadership is more power effect on organizational learning rather than transactional leadership and the organizational culture played a vital role on improving the organizational learning.Item The Mediating Role of Organizational Ambidexterity in the Relationship between Business Intelligence Systems and the Learning Organization Exploratory study at the Ramadi's Hospitals(Annual International Conference on Information and Sciences (AiCIS), 2020-02-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; أ.م.د. سعد نوري عطا اللهThis study aims to identifying the relationship and impact between business intelligence systems strategies and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization in the hospitals operating in the center of Anbar province, namely: (Ramadi Teaching Hospital, Women's and Children's Hospital, Al Razi private hospital). The study adopted the purposive sample method since it represents (50%) of the entire community of the research. Other suitable statistical methods were also sued with the help of the SPSS software and the construction of a questionnaire that covered (82) individuals, making the actual total of the selected hospitals in Anbar. However, the number of retrieved questionnaire answers were (76), thus making (92%) of the total number of the original study sample. That percentage included directors and heads of departments, employees and administrators working in hospitals in the center of Anbar province. The study indicated that the skills of business intelligence and organizational ambidexterity combined morally affect the learning organization with its components (leadership, learning, strategy, change), which in turn shows the important role played by business intelligence systems and organizational ambidexterity within the learning organization as one of the pillars of the organization. Based on these findings a set of recommendations and proposals were presented for the future.Item The role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management: An exploratory study on a sample of employees at the Al-Fallujah University(International Journal of Research in Human Resource Management, 2024-10-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسينDigital knowledge management and talent management for employees is one of the basic resources of organizations in building intangible resources, and due to the lack of research conducted on the role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management strategies, this study took pales to study the importance of digital knowledge management for the human resource across its dimensions (acquiring digital knowledge, organizing and preserving digital knowledge, distributing digital knowledge, and the application of digital knowledge) and its impact on improving the creative performance of the university across its dimensions (fluency, originality, problem sensitivity, and flexibility) through the mediating role of talent management strategies. A set of hypotheses were formulated and tested using a descriptive-analytical approach, which targeted the academic staff at Al-Fallujah University. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool for data collecting; the questionnaire was distributed to (65) participants, of which (61) were analyzed after excluding (4) for invalidity. The study employed several statistical methods for data analysis, including (approximate validity, inflation coefficient, Cornbrash's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) additionally, the study used (AMOS v21) software to test and verify the validity of the proposed model. The study results indicated that digital knowledge management and the university’s talent management strategies contribute positively to enhancing creative performance. Moreover, the findings indicated the existence of a weak (partial) mediation of talent management in strengthening the impact of digital knowledge management on creative performance in the researched context. The study provided a set of recommendations that the organization can adopt in order to improve its current and future situation and also can be exploited in order to face the shortage of qualified and talented individualsItem The Role of Internal Marketing of Human Resources in Promoting Innovative Work Behaviors: An analytical Study in Al-Furat General Hospital(East African Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management, 2025-01-13) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسين; م.م. احمد طلال خلفThe research aims to know the role of internal marketing of human resources as an independent variable with its dimensions (empowerment, internal communication, training and development, incentives and rewards) in enhancing innovative work behavior as a dependent variable, Al-Furat General Hospital was chosen as the study community. Given that the two variables under study have intellectual importance in directing activities related to internal marketing of human resources to enhance the innovative behavior of Fallujah Teaching Hospital cadres in providing health services, the sample required to survey their opinions included (82) opinions out of (86) opinions, and the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire were adopted as a tool for collecting data. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, SMART PLS V.4) to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses. The results showed the validity of the relationship at the level of the main and sub-variables under study, which indicates the essential role played by internal marketing in enhancing the innovative behavior of working individuals.Item Three Phases Strategy Of Electronic Management Application " A Proposed Model"(Annual International Conference on Information and Sciences (AiCIS), 2020-02-06) أ.م.د. احمد عباس حمادي; أ.م.د. وسام علي حسينThis study aims at conducting for a theoretical review of management connotations of electronic management applications for the sake of coming out with a proposed model .The proposed model is suggesting an electronic management application and adaptation through three-sage (phase) strategy that includes three stages (phases). These stages are: first, the right preparation and establishment for the electronic mechanisms , equipment and tools required in applying the electronic management within a suitable framework and ground for the basic requirements to create an appropriate environment for the dissemination and application of electronic management culture. Secondly, the development of the main elements which assist in activating the electronic system network as a harmonic system. Then testing and implementing these element.Thirdly, clarifying and presenting the basic requirements which are necessary in supporting the successful application of electronic management within the framework of supporting both internal and external environments.
