International uncertainties could dampen next market activity and create crises. The Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test, the normality test, and the Multicollinearity Test have all been run and shown to be consistent with the hypotheses. It was the need for communication between the Iraqi securities market and domestic financial and economic institutions that sparked this study's premise. Expected return and risk values of the Iraqi money market were analysed statistically using three different mathematical models. The study found various things, but the most important one was that the Iraqi securities market doesn't play much of a part in the country's economy. As a result, we develop a conceptual model by incorporating perceived risk and trust into the technology acceptance model (TAM) theory toward the IB. The proper research emphasized that the most essential component in explaining IB adoption behavior is behavioral intention to use IB adoption. TAM is helpful for figuring out how elements that affect IB adoption are connected to one another. According to previous literature on IB and the use of such technology in Iraq, one has to choose a theoretical foundation that may justify the acceptance of IB from the customer’s perspective. The conceptual model was therefore constructed using the TAM as a foundation. Furthermore, perceived risk and trust were added to the TAM dimensions as external factors. We name it Hybrid Spotted Hyena based Load Balancing algorithm (HSHLB). To begin with, the current literature provides an overview of the Spotted Hyena Optimization Algorithm (SHOA) and its basic behaviors that include migration, and attacking. Next, we unveil what is referred to as Load Balancing Algorithm (LB), and explain its fundamental concepts at the same time as we reemphasize various special features. Thirdly, realizing that both SHOA and LB methods have their comparative advantages and disadvantages within our system, engagement in a hybridization process between SHOA and LB yields reputation for a more powerful HSHLB. Fourthly I will demonstrate how these three algorithms are applied jointly, and how best their beneficial qualities are taken by HSHLB without bringing about their disadvantageous attributes. While reading this section, the reader will be able to educates himself on how the HSHLB functions, which will enable him understand all the processes that are involved in this program among other parameters that are necessary for implementation hence simplicity shall be dealt through the use of pseudocode or flowcharts meant to depict the actual process of the implementation of HSHLB. This study investigates the impact of subliminal advertising, with its dimensions (font, shape, and color), on building the mental image of customers of McDonald's chain restaurants in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. The study used a random sample of 260 customers of the surveyed restaurants and followed the descriptive-analytical approach. To ensure the validity of the study's hypotheses and explore relationships, multiple tests were conducted using the SPSS-V.25 statistical software. The study supported the proposed hypotheses, indicating a positive and direct relationship explaining that the increased use of subliminal advertising by the surveyed restaurants contributes to improving the positive mental image among their frequent customers.Item The readiness of the University of Anbar to implement the international standard ISO21001:2018(International Journal of Early Childhood Special Education (INT-JECSE), 2022-02-10) م.م. عقيل ابراهيم عليThe current research aims at the extent of readiness to apply the international standard ISO21001:2018 at the University of Anbar, the study community. And an indication of the level of understanding and awareness of the leaders at the University of Anbar for the standard and the possibility of its application in the units of the university according to their responses. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method in the practical aspect, and used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, in addition to the checklist, which was audited by specialists in the field of external auditing who obtained the certificate of a chief quality auditor (lead auditor). The forms were distributed to the study sample of (160) individuals, which were represented by (deans' assistants, Scientific department managers, directors of research centers, Supportive department managers, Quality officials and managers at the university) and they were fully retrieved and 152 of them were valid. The study used the statistical methods Amos and Spearman's factor to analyze the data. The study found a contrast in the answers to the study sample, which differed according to their job positions, and the position of quality managers at the university had the best answers. However, despite the increasing use of these platforms, studies on this subject remain scarce. Digital marketing relies on data, trust, and efficiency, yet it faces persistent challenges such as ad fraud, data breaches, and a lack of transparency. Blockchain technology offers a solution to these issues by establishing a secure, transparent, and efficient digital ecosystem. This study proposed a theoretical framework by leveraging relevant literature to achieve its research objectives. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the opinions of 278 customers shopping from Qi application stores were analyzed. Data were collected through an online survey questionnaire designed via Google Forms. Various statistical methods were applied using Smart PLS 4 software to assess the data and examine the hypotheses. The findings indicated two significant impacts of blockchain technology and its dimensions on digital marketing. Consequently, a series of recommendations were proposed, including enhancing the design of store interfaces, increasing privacy and security through end-to-end encryption, and implementing instant alerts for any suspicious activity.Item The role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management: An exploratory study on a sample of employees at the Al-Fallujah University(International Journal of Research in Human Resource Management, 2024-10-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسينDigital knowledge management and talent management for employees is one of the basic resources of organizations in building intangible resources, and due to the lack of research conducted on the role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management strategies, this study took pales to study the importance of digital knowledge management for the human resource across its dimensions (acquiring digital knowledge, organizing and preserving digital knowledge, distributing digital knowledge, and the application of digital knowledge) and its impact on improving the creative performance of the university across its dimensions (fluency, originality, problem sensitivity, and flexibility) through the mediating role of talent management strategies. A set of hypotheses were formulated and tested using a descriptive-analytical approach, which targeted the academic staff at Al-Fallujah University. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool for data collecting; the questionnaire was distributed to (65) participants, of which (61) were analyzed after excluding (4) for invalidity. The study employed several statistical methods for data analysis, including (approximate validity, inflation coefficient, Cornbrash's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) additionally, the study used (AMOS v21) software to test and verify the validity of the proposed model. The study results indicated that digital knowledge management and the university’s talent management strategies contribute positively to enhancing creative performance. Moreover, the findings indicated the existence of a weak (partial) mediation of talent management in strengthening the impact of digital knowledge management on creative performance in the researched context. The study proposed a theoretical framework by drawing on the related studies to accomplish the research goals. The opinions of 250 customers of the considered stores were sorted using a descriptive-analytical approach; dand micro levels within the studied stores in Nineveh, Iraq. ata collection was done using a survey questionnaire. Several statistical approaches were employed to assess the data and examine the ideas. The results indicated the presence of two significant connections between CL and e-marketing. Given that the two variables under study have intellectual importance in directing activities related to internal marketing of human resources to enhance the innovative behavior of Fallujah Teaching Hospital cadres in providing health services, the sample required to survey their opinions included (82) opinions out of (86) opinions, and the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire were adopted as a tool for collecting data. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, SMART PLS V.4) to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses. The results showed the validity of the relationship at the level of the main and sub-variables under study, which indicates the essential role played by internal marketing in enhancing the innovative behavior of working individuals.Item The Role of Leadership Capabilities in the Quality of Strategic Decisions: an Exploratory Study of the opinions of Administrative Leaders in the Administrative and financial department of the Federal Integrity Commission(NTU Journal for Administrative and Human Sciences, 2024-11-01) م.م. عقيل ابراهيم عليThe study aims to know the role played by entrepreneurial capabilities, represented by their dimensions (strategic ability, opportunity ability, commitment ability, conceptual ability, resource organization ability) in enhancing the quality of strategic decisions, as the problem of the study was represented by a main question that says (Do entrepreneurial capabilities contribute to enhancing the quality of Strategic decisions in the researched organization?) For this purpose, a hypothetical study plan was drawn up, and the descriptive analytical approach was chosen as a study approach. The study relied on the questionnaire as the main tool for the study to collect and analyse data. The study sample was represented by a purposive sample (comprehensive enumeration) of the administrative leaders in the administrative and financial department of the Authority. Federal Integrity included (department heads, assistant department heads, and divisional officials), and a questionnaire was distributed to them to survey their opinions. (49) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, of which (43) questionnaires were returned, valid for statistical analysis, with a retrieval rate of (95%). The data was analysed using the statistical program (SPSS.ver26) and a set of statistical methods were employed to extract the results. The research problem indicated a lack of awareness of the importance of employing psychological capital in its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism Flexibility) in building and enhancing mindfulness in its dimensions (distinction, alertness, orientation towards the present, awareness of multiple points of view, openness to the new), so the importance of research is highlighted in an attempt to highlight some solutions that would address some of the problems facing organizations, especially educational ones, and the approach that was taken Its adoption is the descriptive analytical approach by surveying the opinions of the research sample regarding both psychological capital and mental alertness. For the purpose of framing the practical side of the research, the questionnaire was relied on to collect and analyze data, where (63) questionnaires were distributed, but the correct retriever is (50) questionnaires representing the final sample of the research from the staff working in the presidency of the University of Fallujah, and the analysis of the field side of the research It was done through the statistical package (SPSS), and the research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between psychological capital and mindfulness in the researched university. This came as a result of the need of the university and its owners for mindfulness.Item The Role of Social Responsibility (According to the ISO26000 Guidance) in Enhancing Reputation Organizational(publié in Res Militaris (resmilitaris.net), 2023-03-02) م.م. محمد ابراهيم سليمانThis research aims to diagnose the nature of the relationship and influence between social responsibility and the principles of the ISO26000 guidance document (accountability, transparency, ethical behavior, respect for relevant stakeholders, respect for the rule of law, respect for international behavior standards, and respect for human rights) and organizational reputation based on its dimensions (leadership, financial performance, service quality, and organizational innovation) in the Anbar governorate's management, using a descriptive-analytical approach. The research sample consisted of 108 employees working in the management, selected using a purposeful sampling method based on Krejcie & Morgan's table. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data on research variables. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 23 and various statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, variation coefficient, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, f-test, t-test, determination coefficient (R2), and beta coefficient. The research results showed a positive and meaningful relationship between social responsibility according to the ISO26000 guidance document and its principles and organizational reputation based on its dimensions.
