Abstract

The research aims to shed on the organizational commitment and to reveal the Paternalistic leadership style prevailing in the two ministries (Education and Higher), and to provide an appropriate ethical climate for employees to help them face and overcome moral dilemmas, and to achieve the goal of the study, the leader-member exchange (LMX) theory was used to advance the job life of the subordinate in a manner. To achieve this, a stratified random sample was taken represented by workers in the ministry’s center, which numbered (120)
