Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role of the original leadership in the behavior of creative work in Zain Iraq in Anbar Governorate, and the researchers developed a questionnaire based on previous studies and the descriptive analytical approach was used and in order to achieve the goal of the research was distributed (33) questionnaire to an intentional sample of managers of Zain Iraq in Anbar Governorate, and in order to analyze the data was used statistical program (Spss.V25), the research reached several results, the most important of which are: The existence of two direct correlation between the original leadership and the behavior of creative work, and the research made several proposals, the most important of which are: attention to transparency and the adoption of balanced treatments for the decisions taken and decide on important matters through formal and informal consultative meetings with subordinates in order to create a state of solidarity on alternatives to solve them
