Abstract
The study aims to know the role played by entrepreneurial capabilities,
represented by their dimensions (strategic ability, opportunity ability,
commitment ability, conceptual ability, resource organization ability) in
enhancing the quality of strategic decisions, as the problem of the study was
represented by a main question that says (Do entrepreneurial capabilities
contribute to enhancing the quality of Strategic decisions in the researched
organization?) For this purpose, a hypothetical study plan was drawn up, and
the descriptive analytical approach was chosen as a study approach. The study
relied on the questionnaire as the main tool for the study to collect and analyse
data. The study sample was represented by a purposive sample
(comprehensive enumeration) of the administrative leaders in the
administrative and financial department of the Authority. Federal Integrity
included (department heads, assistant department heads, and divisional
officials), and a questionnaire was distributed to them to survey their opinions.
(49) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, of which (43)
questionnaires were returned, valid for statistical analysis, with a retrieval rate
of (95%). The data was analysed using the statistical program (SPSS.ver26)
and a set of statistical methods were employed to extract the results. The study
concluded that there are two correlations and influences that support the
reliance of the researched organization on its leadership capabilities that will
contribute to enhancing the quality of its strategic decisions.
