Abstract
The current research aims to explore psychological capital with its dimensions (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, flexibility) and its effect on patterns used by managers, the research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection and analysis, and the research sample consisted of (60) in the public establishment To produce electric energy in the central region, many statistical methods were used (arithmetic circles, standard deviations, coefficient of variation, and multiple regression analysis) using the program (spss) and then presented a set of conclusions and proposals that are a path to motivate our leaders and organizations to take care of it.
