Item Organizational Excellence of Yarmouk Teaching Hospital According to Organizational Ambidexterity – Perspective Study of Opinions for a Sample of Their Doctors(International Journal of Professional Studies, 2024-07-17) م. سيف علي كاملA current study aimed to identify role of Organizational Ambidexterity and its dimensions (investment, exploration) in improving organizational excellence in its dimensions (strategic planning, focus on the customer, focus on the work force, focus on operations, focus on results) in Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, and given the importance of the two variables investigated. From perspective of diverse approaches resulting from directing the various practices concerned with organizational prowess in improving their ability to improve their organizational excellence, as a multi-faceted goal and linked to goals concerned with treating patients and various health conditions after Iraq has become a country concerned with reverse health tourism that leads to damage to balance of payments and the migration of hard currency, problem was embodied in its main question (Was Yarmouk Teaching Hospital able to invest organizational ingenuity in improving its organizational excellence from a point of view of its doctors?), so that this question would be the starting point for a research goal that adopted the descriptive analytical method based on the questionnaire and prepared from scientific standards approved by previous peer-reviewed studies, to distribute On a sample of (92) of its doctors (consultant, surgeon, practitioner, senior resident, resident), final research sample after retrieving the questionnaire was a relative random size of (85), to be collected and analyzed via (SPSS V.28, SMART PLS V.4) program, as well as statistical methods. A appropriate result, so that practical analysis through data obtained by researcher from sample’s answers reaches most prominent result that enables hospital’s direction to improve its organizational excellence, and its dimensions of investment and explorationItem Strategic Awareness And Its Role In Improving Crisis Management: An Exploratory Study Of The Opinions Of A Sample Of Security Leaders In The National Security Agency / National Directorate Of Security In Anbar(International Journal of Professional Studies, 2025-01-15) أ.م.د. باسم فيصل عبدThe current research aims to test the effect of strategic awareness in its dimensions (customer service awareness, product promotion awareness, service awareness, competitive environment awareness, administrative awareness) in crisis management in its dimensions (detecting warning signs, preparation and prevention, (containing damage, restoring activity and learning)) in The National Security Directorate in Anbar, and given the importance of the two variables investigated for the Directorate from its future perspective, and the interest of the research community and its sample in the various administrative fields, phenomena with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of its management of crises when they occur, and on this basis the research problem was embodied in its main question: Is the National Security Directorate in Anbar Governorate ( Who invests strategic awareness in improving crisis management?) This question will be a starting point for the research goal, which is choosing the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate in this research direction, preparing a questionnaire for the research based on solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies, and making appropriate modifications to it by some professors. And expert arbitrators, so that the research community is represented by the leaders of the National Security Directorate in Anbar, as their number reached (194) leaders from the first, second and third levels. A Mascarin table was adopted for small samples, where the researcher chose (129) to be the research sample, and the questionnaire was distributed to them, to retrieve 125 questionnaires, of which the valid number for statistical analysis was (121) to represent a stratified random sample of the leaders of the senior and middle directorates, and it was analyzed using the statistical program ( SPSS V.28) and using appropriate statistical methods (normal distribution tests, testing scale’s validity and stability, confirmatory factor analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, relative coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression), and the most prominent results of research were presence of a significant effect. Strategic awareness in crisis management and its adoption as an input for the National Security Directorate in Anbar.Item The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Improving the Quality of Educational Services: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Leaders in Private Colleges (Al-Mammon University College and Bilad Al-Rafidain University College)(International Journal of Professional Studies, 2024-08-16) أ.م.د. باسم فيصل عبدThis research aims to demonstrate the role, relationship, and impact of intellectual capital on the quality of educational services. The measurement of these two variables relied on the dimensions of each, where the dimensions of intellectual capital were defined as (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital), while the dimensions of the quality of educational services were considered to be (resources, curriculum, reliability, and efficiency). A questionnaire containing (42) items was designed to cover the dimensions of both variables, which were distributed among the research sample members in the studied community, represented by the faculties of Al-Mamoun University and Bilad al-Rafidain University College. A sample of (92) individuals holding higher degrees and assigned to leadership positions in the two colleges was selected, including roles such as (Deputy Dean, Department Head, Department Coordinator).Item Psychological Capital and its Impact on Organizational Citizenship: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at the General Company for Glass and Refractory Manufacturing(East African Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management, 2025-01-01) م.عذراء محسن عبد; أ.م.د. احمد عباس حماديThe purpose of the study was to determine how psychological capital affected the organizational citizenship behaviors and aspects of the General Company for Glass and Refractory Manufacturing's workforce. The research problem revealed a lack of understanding on the significance of using psychological capital in its dimensions, (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, flexibility). In building and strengthening organizational citizenship in its dimensions (altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, and urban behavior). Theoretical framework: The research presented a theoretical presentation of the implications of the research variables, ideas and their dimensions as expressed in previous studies. The research also systematically organized the primary research hypothesis, which assumes the existence of a significant influence of psychological capital on corporate citizenship behavior, from which the research hypothesis model yielded a number of sub-hypotheses. Design/methodology/approach: Through a survey of sample perspectives regarding organizational citizenship and psychological capital, the descriptive analytical approach was chosen. The questionnaire was used to gather and examine data in order to frame the scientific component of the study. Thirty surveys were given out. It was fully recovered, meaning that the thirty surveys that made up the research's final sample were recovered. The (spss) package, which represents the last sample of employees at the General Company for Glass and Refractories Manufacturing, was also used to analyse the field portion of the study. The research: reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation between psychological capital, organizational citizenship, and the company’s need for organizational citizenship. Originality/Value: This study represents a distinctive scientific contribution that urges officials in public organizations should priorities organizational citizenship and psychological capital in order to improve overall performance and foster a happy, productive workplace.
