    Servant Leadership and Their Impact in Organizational Immune System: Analytical Research

    This research aims to know the impact of the servant leadership in the organizational immune system in the Ministry of Planning, as the analytical approach was adopted in carrying out this research, and the research community included the administrative leaderships of the Ministry of Planning in the city of Baghdad, while the research sample was (Director general and his assistants, Department head, Division official ) as an intentional sample for the research community in (Ministry Center, Central Statistical Organization, Central Organization for Standardization and Control and Administrative Development Center) and the comprehensive inventory, as the researcher distributed (220) questionnaires, and then collected data from (172) respondents from the community researched by accreditation The questionnaire, which included (47) items And provide them with personal interviews and field observations as tools to help strengthen them. The research adopted the program (Amos V.23, SPSS V.23) by adopting appropriate statistical methods. The results showed the validity of the correlation and influence relationships at the level of the main and sub-research variables, indicating the essential role of servant leadership in influencing the organizational immune system in the Ministry of Planning

    Develop organizational learning capabilities within knowledge management processes (Applied research in the General Company of Iraqi Airways)

    The current research aims to identify the degree to which knowledge management processes (knowledge Creation, knowledge distribution, knowledge interpretation, knowledge implementation), and the availability of organizational learning capabilities (adaptive learning capacity and the ability to learn constructively) in the Iraqi airline company. In addition to determining the level of impact of knowledge management processes in the development of organizational learning capabilities, to achieve the objective of the research, the views of a sample of individuals in the General Company of Iraqi Airways, which amounted to (30) individuals by adopting the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information, and analyzed their responses using many methods (Mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple regression coefficient) based on the SPSS program. The results of the research are based on a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the knowledge management processes are one of the basic building blocks of the company's operations. It also plays an important role in the development of organizational learning capabilities. And the response variable (organizational learning abilities), all of which were positive and functionally significant. The main recommendations of the study are to adopt the proposed model presented by the research

    ' The Role of Ambidextrous Leadership Behaviors in Enhancing Organizational Energy '': An Analytical Research General AL Faris Company

    The current research aims to identify the impact of ambidextrous leadership behaviors on organizational energy in Al-Faris Company. The descriptive analytical method was used as a research approach. Adept leadership includes two dimensions (open leadership behaviors and closed leadership behaviors), and organizational energy includes three dimensions (emotional energy, physical energy, and cognitive energy ). The research sample included all the administrative leaders (General Manager, Associate General manager, Department Manager, Division Official ) in AL-Faris Company / the Iraqi Ministry of Industry. The researcher distributed (74) valid questionnaires after retrieving (53) questionnaires, and the research relied on the statistical package (SPSS). The results indicated that there is a strong effect and a high correlation between the research variables. The most important dimensions of ambidextrous leadership behaviors are open leadership behaviors, which have a high impact on organizational energy. However, there is a weakness in the involvement of individuals in decision-making and the advertising side AL-Faris Company.

    The current research aims to know the effect of the dimensions of the cultural intelligence variable (metacognition, cognition, motivation, individuals behavior) on the entrepreneurial performance variable of a sample of the leaders of mobile communications companies in the province of Baghdad, as the research community is represented by the leaders of mobile communications companies (Asia Cell, Cork Telecom, Zain Al-Atheer) in the province of Baghdad, and the research sample included (115) respondents, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the field side of the research, and the questionnaire consisting of (45) items was used to measure the research variables as a tool for data collection and analysis using the (SMART PLS) program V.3.4) as well as the statistical package (SPSS V.28). The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the tendency of the three mobile communications companies to adopt cultural intelligence in a high way in improving their entrepreneurial performance, in light of their clear reliance on motivation, knowledge, and metacognition, with a clear neglect of the adoption of behavior in improving that performance.

    The role of psychological capital in building mindfulness An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of the academic staff in the presidency of the University of Fallujah

    The main objective of this research is to identify the importance of the role that psychological capital plays in strengthening and building mindfulness among a sample of the leadership cadre in the presidency of the University of Fallujah. The research problem indicated a lack of awareness of the importance of employing psychological capital in its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism Flexibility) in building and enhancing mindfulness in its dimensions (distinction, alertness, orientation towards the present, awareness of multiple points of view, openness to the new), so the importance of research is highlighted in an attempt to highlight some solutions that would address some of the problems facing organizations, especially educational ones, and the approach that was taken Its adoption is the descriptive analytical approach by surveying the opinions of the research sample regarding both psychological capital and mental alertness. For the purpose of framing the practical side of the research, the questionnaire was relied on to collect and analyze data, where (63) questionnaires were distributed, but the correct retriever is (50) questionnaires representing the final sample of the research from the staff working in the presidency of the University of Fallujah, and the analysis of the field side of the research It was done through the statistical package (SPSS), and the research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between psychological capital and mindfulness in the researched university. This came as a result of the need of the university and its owners for mindfulness.
