    The Role of Internal Marketing of Human Resources in Promoting Innovative Work Behaviors: An analytical Study in Al-Furat General Hospital

    The research aims to know the role of internal marketing of human resources as an independent variable with its dimensions (empowerment, internal communication, training and development, incentives and rewards) in enhancing innovative work behavior as a dependent variable, Al-Furat General Hospital was chosen as the study community. Given that the two variables under study have intellectual importance in directing activities related to internal marketing of human resources to enhance the innovative behavior of Fallujah Teaching Hospital cadres in providing health services, the sample required to survey their opinions included (82) opinions out of (86) opinions, and the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire were adopted as a tool for collecting data. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, SMART PLS V.4) to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses. The results showed the validity of the relationship at the level of the main and sub-variables under study, which indicates the essential role played by internal marketing in enhancing the innovative behavior of working individuals.

    The role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management: An exploratory study on a sample of employees at the Al-Fallujah University

    Digital knowledge management and talent management for employees is one of the basic resources of organizations in building intangible resources, and due to the lack of research conducted on the role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management strategies, this study took pales to study the importance of digital knowledge management for the human resource across its dimensions (acquiring digital knowledge, organizing and preserving digital knowledge, distributing digital knowledge, and the application of digital knowledge) and its impact on improving the creative performance of the university across its dimensions (fluency, originality, problem sensitivity, and flexibility) through the mediating role of talent management strategies. A set of hypotheses were formulated and tested using a descriptive-analytical approach, which targeted the academic staff at Al-Fallujah University. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool for data collecting; the questionnaire was distributed to (65) participants, of which (61) were analyzed after excluding (4) for invalidity. The study employed several statistical methods for data analysis, including (approximate validity, inflation coefficient, Cornbrash's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) additionally, the study used (AMOS v21) software to test and verify the validity of the proposed model. The study results indicated that digital knowledge management and the university’s talent management strategies contribute positively to enhancing creative performance. Moreover, the findings indicated the existence of a weak (partial) mediation of talent management in strengthening the impact of digital knowledge management on creative performance in the researched context. The study provided a set of recommendations that the organization can adopt in order to improve its current and future situation and also can be exploited in order to face the shortage of qualified and talented individuals

    Analyze and Investigate the Risks Facing Iraqi Economy for the Period (2003-2019)

    This paper aims to analyze and investigate the risk that facing the Iraqi economy based on mathematical models for the period 2003 to 2019. International uncertainties could dampen next market activity and create crises. The Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test, the normality test, and the Multicollinearity Test have all been run and shown to be consistent with the hypotheses. It was the need for communication between the Iraqi securities market and domestic financial and economic institutions that sparked this study's premise. Expected return and risk values of the Iraqi money market were analysed statistically using three different mathematical models. The study found various things, but the most important one was that the Iraqi securities market doesn't play much of a part in the country's economy. The risk of being hit hard by fallout from international crises that may be exacerbated by illegal capital flows leading to irrational speculation as a result of the anticipated openness. Vulnerability to external difficulties makes it tough to implement monetary and financial policies

    The effectiveness of civil and political forces in confronting extremism depends on their ability to cooperate, coordinate, and exchange ideas and efforts to promote peace and stability in society. Political and economic reform is considered an essential part of the comprehensive strategy to combat extremism, as political reforms require a consensus of political forces or a societal will supported by civil society institutions and new behavior. In the decision-making process and a new approach through the mechanisms of the democratic system and adopting economic reform through building the democratic institutions that are relied upon for the success of the reform and legislating laws, regulations and legal regulations that develop the economic reform process.The paths of political and economic reform go through a long stage through a series of transformations, the reform of democratic institutions, and the development of administration, and this first requires the establishment of security, because security and stability represent the main foundations on which state institutions are based and through which extremism can be confronted, and immersion in extremism can be a result of failure to achieve The required political and economic reforms lead to a lack of confidence in the system and the search for extreme solutions.     Determinants Influencing E-Payment Adoption Amidst COVID-19: A Conceptual Framework

    In recent years, there has been a significant surge in the demand for electronic payments (e-payments), particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. E-payments have played a crucial role in promoting social distancing and mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Several studies have examined user goals and intentions in this context. The primary objective of this research is to develop a conceptual model that integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the Health Belief Model (HBM) to explore the factors influencing people's willingness to embrace e-payment methods. Both TAM and HBM serve as foundational frameworks in this study. Consequently, this research contributes to our understanding of how perceived usefulness and ease of use impact the adoption of e-payments. The study introduces a proposed framework yet to undergo empirical testing, emphasizing the need for empirical investigations to validate its suitability. This framework can be a valuable tool for bankers, managers, and practitioners in assessing their clients' inclination toward adopting e-payment services
