Item The Role of Internal Marketing of Human Resources in Promoting Innovative Work Behaviors: An analytical Study in Al-Furat General Hospital(East African Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management, 2025-01-13) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسين; م.م. احمد طلال خلفThe research aims to know the role of internal marketing of human resources as an independent variable with its dimensions (empowerment, internal communication, training and development, incentives and rewards) in enhancing innovative work behavior as a dependent variable, Al-Furat General Hospital was chosen as the study community. Given that the two variables under study have intellectual importance in directing activities related to internal marketing of human resources to enhance the innovative behavior of Fallujah Teaching Hospital cadres in providing health services, the sample required to survey their opinions included (82) opinions out of (86) opinions, and the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire were adopted as a tool for collecting data. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, SMART PLS V.4) to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses. The first of these reasons is the decline in initiatives and strategies that It supports bank financing for various productive economic sectors in Iraq, The second reason appears in the weakness of financing management and the clear failure toItem The role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management: An exploratory study on a sample of employees at the Al-Fallujah University(International Journal of Research in Human Resource Management, 2024-10-18) أ.م.د. وسام علي حسين; م.م. احمد مجيد حسينDigital knowledge management and talent management for employees is one of the basic resources of organizations in building intangible resources, and due to the lack of research conducted on the role of digital knowledge management in improving creative performance by mediating talent management strategies, this study took pales to study the importance of digital knowledge management for the human resource across its dimensions (acquiring digital knowledge, organizing and preserving digital knowledge, distributing digital knowledge, and the application of digital knowledge) and its impact on improving the creative performance of the university across its dimensions (fluency, originality, problem sensitivity, and flexibility) through the mediating role of talent management strategies. A set of hypotheses were formulated and tested using a descriptive-analytical approach, which targeted the academic staff at Al-Fallujah University. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool for data collecting; the questionnaire was distributed to (65) participants, of which (61) were analyzed after excluding (4) for invalidity. The study employed several statistical methods for data analysis, including (approximate validity, inflation coefficient, Cornbrash's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) additionally, the study used (AMOS v21) software to test and verify the validity of the proposed model. The study results indicated that digital knowledge management and the university’s talent management strategies contribute positively to enhancing creative performance. Moreover, the findings indicated the existence of a weak (partial) mediation of talent management in strengthening the impact of digital knowledge management on creative performance in the researched context. Floods, of all the natural dangers, have the greatest effect on society because they cover large geographic regions, happen often, and have a lasting negative socioeconomic impact. Thus, it becomes necessary to design a comprehensive and successful strategy for preventing floods, which will require technical advancements to improve the operational efficacy of government organizations. The Flood Early Warning and Response System (FEWRS), which gives pertinent stakeholders fast information and practical reaction guidelines, emerges as a critical instrument in reducing the loss of lives and property. Unfortunately, current FEWRS frequently fall short of providing enough information on flood disasters, which reduces their ability to mitigate local-level effects and impedes attempts to save lives. Assessing the effectiveness of information systems (IS) within this particular setting is a noteworthy obstacle for scholars, professionals, and administrators. The objective of this research is to tackle this difficulty by exploring the factors that lead to the success of FEWRS. We name it Hybrid Spotted Hyena based Load Balancing algorithm (HSHLB). To begin with, the current literature provides an overview of the Spotted Hyena Optimization Algorithm (SHOA) and its basic behaviors that include migration, and attacking. Next, we unveil what is referred to as Load Balancing Algorithm (LB), and explain its fundamental concepts at the same time as we reemphasize various special features. Thirdly, realizing that both SHOA and LB methods have their comparative advantages and disadvantages within our system, engagement in a hybridization process between SHOA and LB yields reputation for a more powerful HSHLB. Fourthly I will demonstrate how these three algorithms are applied jointly, and how best their beneficial qualities are taken by HSHLB without bringing about their disadvantageous attributes. While reading this section, the reader will be able to educates himself on how the HSHLB functions, which will enable him understand all the processes that are involved in this program among other parameters that are necessary for implementation hence simplicity shall be dealt through the use of pseudocode or flowcharts meant to depict the actual process of the implementation of HSHLB. To sum up to this stage of the work Section 3 introduced a theoretical basis for the application of HSHLB in an attempt to achieve the goal of dynamic load balancing to pave way to the remaining parts of the work which presents revised implementation strategies, results, and analysis. For this purpose, a hypothetical study plan was drawn up, and the descriptive analytical approach was chosen as a study approach. The study relied on the questionnaire as the main tool for the study to collect and analyse data. The study sample was represented by a purposive sample (comprehensive enumeration) of the administrative leaders in the administrative and financial department of the Authority. Federal Integrity included (department heads, assistant department heads, and divisional officials), and a questionnaire was distributed to them to survey their opinions. (49) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, of which (43) questionnaires were returned, valid for statistical analysis, with a retrieval rate of (95%). The data was analysed using the statistical program (SPSS.ver26) and a set of statistical methods were employed to extract the results. Iraq and its private banking institutions have made great strides in the field of services and customer satisfaction, and they seek to reduce time and speed of completion to provide better services to improve the reputation of the institution and its survival and continuity, This study aimed at investigating the relationship between customer satisfaction and Digital Queues through improving banking service. The study was implemented in the Trade Bank of Iraq - Basra Branch, and the study sample was (118) of the bank's customers, who were randomly selected. Statistical methods were used from descriptive statistics and proving the hypothesis by simple regression, and the results were reached that the device used in the bank that controlled the digital queues for services for customers was a complete achievement of the smoothness of the service process, reduced waiting to distribute service outlets, with excellent and correct performance by employees. The research recommends the necessity of using modern technical devices in the field of organizing digital queues, which contributes to raising the use of information technology and its multiple devices and technologies, helping to achieve speed in completing tasks, as the digital culture of the institution shows its adaptation to the digital environment inside and outside IraqItem The role of wave marketing content in strengthening brand compass pillars: A descriptive analytical research in selected stores in the city of Kirkuk(International Journal of Research in Marketing Management and Sales, 2024-11-07) أ.م.د. احمد عباس حماديThe research aims to explore the role of wave marketing, represented by its dimensions (Strategy, tactics, value), in enhancing brand compass pillars (Brand vision, shared brand understanding, brand commitment, brand experience) within select retail stores in Kirkuk Province (MAXI MALL, ANKA MALL, O3, Carrefour). The researcher adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to achieve the study's objective, collecting data through a structured questionnaire as the primary research tool. A total of 325 questionnaires were distributed among customers of these stores. The study found a significant correlation between wave marketing and brand compass, with wave marketing positively influencing brand compass.
