Department of Public Law
Welcome to the Department of Public Law
The Department of Public Law is a cornerstone of the Faculty of Law at the University of Fallujah, focusing on the study and teaching of legal rules that govern relationships between individuals and the state, as well as between public entities.
Established as a separate division in accordance with University Order No. 559 on October 6, 2020, the Department of Public Law supervises a range of essential legal subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Administrative Law
Criminal Law
Public International Law
Financial and Tax Law
Human Rights and Public Freedoms
The department comprises distinguished faculty members holding advanced academic ranks who are dedicated to providing students with high-quality education and research opportunities.
In addition to undergraduate programs, the department offers postgraduate studies, including Master's and Doctoral degrees, to foster legal research and contribute to academic excellence.
