Established as a separate division in accordance with University Order No. 559 on October 6, 2020, the Department of Public Law supervises a range of essential legal subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Core subjects covered by the department include: Constitutional Law Administrative Law Criminal Law Public International Law Financial and Tax Law Human Rights and Public Freedoms The department comprises distinguished faculty members holding advanced academic ranks who are dedicated to providing students with high-quality education and research opportunities. In addition to undergraduate programs, the department offers postgraduate studies, including Master's and Doctoral degrees, to foster legal research and contribute to academic excellence. The Department of Public Law regularly organizes seminars, conferences, and workshops to address contemporary legal issues and enhance students' understanding of public legal systems and their applications.
